Kathryn’s classes invite wholeness, flow, integrity and breath awareness in a positive and peace-based practice. Her goal is to help the student optimize functional movement for wellness and healthy aging. She delivers her instructions with kindness, clarity and insight.

Through the exploration of practice, you’ll find your awareness improves as does overall mobility and joint function. Focusing on the spine, shoulders, pelvis and core awakens ones energy and outlook! Posture and balance practices increase the overall experience for strength and well-being.

Kathryn's current classes are open to all-levels, her approach starts with an orientation to a movement, then offers increasing challenge for those that want more. On Zoom, no one but the teacher is watching you, so there’s no need to feel you need to strive beyond your personal comfort zone if you’re not ready. Small classes, big difference.
