Gaye has been so important to me on my yoga journey over the past seven years! She is a gentle teacher and knows how to guide the group online as well as in person. Rather than push us through a bunch of poses, she walks us through how to get into the pose properly and which muscles and areas to focus on. I always enjoy the class and feel great after we finish.
