In the privacy and comfort of your own space, discover the satisfying results of online Zoom yoga classes. Kathryn allows you to safely explore joint movement and to move with more ease while lessening restriction and discomfort. You'll find you're in better touch with your body, able to energize and if needed, aid recovery. On Zoom, only the teacher is watching you, so no need to feel self conscious or strive beyond your personal comfort level. Small classes Big difference!

WHAT TO EXPECT

​

To begin, you will have an opportunity to settle, be still and breathe mindfully, in a restorative posture while listening to a short inspirational reading. The practice then opens with a seated upper body routine followed by a short meditation. Moving into a more active whole body practice the sessions offer levels of depth and intensity depending on where you are at that day. We finish with a relaxation/savasana, and end with a namaste!

Through exploration, Kathryn’s classes invite wholeness, flow and integrity in a positive and peace-based practice. Mindful moves focuses on joint movement, helping to attain a strong and flexible spine, shoulders and pelvis.  It also addresses the other bits that need to move, while addressing the importance of stability in the body. Working with the breath you will learn to understand its relationship to your core function and stability, all the while conditioning your nervous system. Her goal is to help you optimize functional movement for wellbeing and healthy aging. Kathryn delivers her instructions with kindness, clarity and insight. Kathryn’s classes are open to all levels.
