It is phenomenal that she is able to change the routine in each class by presenting new and different ways of exercising the various parts of the body. She provides detailed information about the reason for the exercise and its relationship to the functioning of the body.
When anyone in the class suffers ailments or is recovering from any medical procedures, Gaye is quick to empathize and make suggestions for modified exercises as required.
When I finish her classes, I know that I have gained further insight about what my body needs and that I have taken my body to the limit for that day.
